I tried to cook a few but were pretty watered down even after letting them simmer in the pot for a while.
Next time I try I'll drain the water off and try again.

Firebird was a battle. Left door glass is in but not adjusted. So, if the glass track is in upside down, it doesent work. Two hour lesson. Broke something,glad i have a lathe. Wouldnt find that locally.
I would like to restore another car or truck but not enough in the bank account to do that.

I dunno, some cragars on some sixties, air shocks in the back, bobbing dog on dash, a hood scoop and some Sublime paint and man you got it going on!

Well on Friday we leave for a weekend trip to Vermont. We are taking the ford and a friend of ours is bringing his 65 Impala which was a recent barn find that is finally running. I have faith they will make it but it will definitely be a test for both cars.

Wife taught me ,put them in a pot pour boiling water over them let sit for a minute skin comes right off .I tried to cook a few but were pretty watered down even after letting them simmer in the pot for a while.

When my wife got sick I had to do the same thing. Been burning dinner for over 20 years and I'm still good at it.

@ddartdude owns 2 cars and knows more about the cars and history than anybody on the planet. Yet this guy is calling him out. I just laughed at him and that pissed him off.
