We finally got rain for the first time since July here. Not sure how much yet
Looks like that tropical front is going to track into the Midwest....
Pretty dry here too. May bee a half inch in the last 3 weeks. The farmers are loving it though. The beans are ready and the combines are busy.

Been a busy morning. Neighbor gal called me and needed help, I rushed over and the fuel oil tank in her basement sprung a leak and fuel oil all over the basement. Shut the furnace off and hope all the electric in the basement and ventilated and called the fire dept.
You need more powerful binoculars
Good thing fuel oil only lights with an invitation. Well, may be the fumes are dangerous. It's a good thing she's got you around.

Late start to the day. Weather is cooperating, so that’s a good thing. Firebird, align doors, as painter had them off, and i see alignment isnt great. More work i wasnt planning on.
Once glass is in, door gets heavier and drags on the striker bolt. It can touch but not drag.
And the guy oversprayed the kick panel, creating a nightmare for me to fix. Looks like ****.
I just have to deal with it.
