Jodi is now on a Gluten free diet, appears I am about to make some artisan GF bread. Ask me what I know about baking GF? I have yet to do a GF pasta noodle I like. But I am gonna give it a whirl. I am a pretty good bread baker but I know Jack about GF! I am still mastering cooking with GF pasta. It is different I don’t care what anyone says! Thus far my GF culinary skills be sucking!
 
Got new treads on the Mazda this morning. Originals were OK, but reviews say these are more comfortable ride and much better for snow.

Made my own mix, I can send recipe if it turns out. Dough is rising for a couple hours then we will see. Since there is no gluten there is no stretching and or overnight rest. I made enough for three loaves. I am gonna bake one tonight.
 
Windshield in the bus done and was a son of a ***** to shoehorn in. Took 2 hours and taking it out in cold weather doesn't help with a rubber mount window. Ended up pretty much kicking it out and had to do it outside so started the bus and turned on the defroster heat to soften the rubber. I have 2 more windshields to replace and think I'm done doing windshields.

My sister is Gluten free and last time she came to visit I was ready with all kinds of GF stuff. Totally different to cook with and I didn't do good. :BangHead:

Kim made a sunday meal for our gf friend. She nailed it 100%. Linda was so impressed, cauliflower/broccoli soup, stuffed mushrooms, biscuits and lemon meringue pie. We were all stuffed. Kims always on the lookout for gf products ans recipies

Yeah. Avoiding flour things that you try to fake is the way to go
 
Those predicted Santa Anas never showed up. pretty nice out there. They did further south though "Red Flag"/fire warnings allover the map down there.
