A GM A-Body is what it is. My involvement with Mopar A-Bodies at present is largely confined to being chief asst. engine room lackey #1 at Halifax Hops, but after I drove the 72 Monte to Lift Day in the condition pictured I was invited to be honorary GM infidel on this site. I see. I wasn't aware of all this. But as I said before your car is still is American and a muscle car.

I have nothing against Ford or GM but the only reason I stay away from them is because I don't know anything about them. I grew up Chrysler and I know Mopar A-bodies very well and I can work on them.

Years ago I had a 68 El Camino. Ended up trading it off in favor of a Dart but that was a cool car. Had a 327??? that part was totally foreign to me and I didn't know where to start. Plus the car didn't have torsion bars so I am lost.

Glad to have you aboard, any friend of Mr. Hoppy is a friend of mine because Mr. Hoppy is one cool guy. :usflag:

MORNING SOMEHOW GOT A SMALL CASE OF HEAT EXHAUSTION YESTERDAY. No idea how all I was doing was driving around. Fell asleep in mid afternoon and just got up! Feels like a bad hangover for sure.
