We have the smallest precinct in the county and it's rural. They had 16 stations, 2 of which were electronic. They weren't down, just no one wanted to use them.
Took me 1 hour, 27 minutes in line. Talked to the precinct co-chair and she told me this was the largest turnout in her 34 years on the precinct committee. The precinct has already exceeded 2012 and 2008 numbers in turnout.
