Shoulder is ok. Bicep is still bruised from shoulder to elbow though! I really need to learn to solidly shoulder the gun before pulling the trigger! I do this every year. Get so excited when a covey takes wing that i just start slinging lead... well worth it. One of the best hunts I've been on..
