You would probably need to study the case to fully understand, but I suspect it's because they didn't actually witness him shooting. Their testimony was heard by the Judge in the pre-trial hearing so there must be a good legal reason under the law as to why it is being prohibited during the trial.

The law doesn't give a rat's butt who he is and the prosecuting attorneys would be screaming to high hell if the suppression wasn't legal. The witnesses testimony plus other evidence was enough to indict for the murder, but not all evidence can be presented in Court in any trial. Just because someone says "I saw it" doesn't mean that it's legally permissible to present the statement in Court. All evidence must be provided to the Defense Attorney before the trial and they can make motions to suppress any evidence that presents bias without credibility.
 
I was a bit curious why I got a notification of a new conversation started with me by Joey this morning. (Wondering what I did wrong)

I still haven't found a good answer as to whether I should use Mopar Performance .920 front torsion bars or .890 to match my SS rear Springs.

I'm inclined to go with the .920 but I'd like to have a good understanding if they are the best choice...

What engine up front and what purpose
 
Well the boys just carried the tv out and it's on it's way to Andy's house. He already bought a wall mount and has the studs marked out. Good to see the two boys working together.
