Stop in for a cup of coffee

I just got done searching CL for Dodges and Plymouths up to 1975. I cant believe some of the cars for sale. They are actually priced pretty decent. Of course negotiating would have to be done, but I was overall just surprised at the amount on there right now, and not complete junk.
There seems to be a lot available this year at good prices from basic project cars up through rotisserie restos...and they are selling at a steady rate.

Kind of worries me a tad though too. Same thing happened in 2006/2007, then the economy fell apart

I will say this, being held back by funding for the car does one thing positive. Makes you really research thoroughly and plan out the build very detailed, which actually saves money in the long run

I want to get the same size tire TMM is running on the rear of his car, but I cant remember what size my rims are. That should be something I could eyeball with a tape measure right?

Probably. TMM is running 255/60 rear on a 15x7 rallye wheel with a 4" backspacing.

What kind of wheels do you have?

...255-60-15 on 15x7 with 4.25 backspace.

Yep, BBP. They were on my brothers Coronet originally, so not sure if they were different
Yeah, those are 15x6. You are limited to a 225 width like I have on my GTS now. You can get 15x7 factory style BBP wheels for around $100 each from many vendors like Year one, CI and others.

I cant recall off the top of my head, but I believe mine are 225's

They certainly could be. Im going to have to try to measure
If you place a 3" piece if angle iron on the inside of the wheel and a 1.25" piece of angle iron on the outside. Measure the distance between them, divide by pi, add 2.37 to account for axle shift, you got you backspacing!
