with the path cleared i think we can get a trailer backed up there, lift it, and set it right on the trailer

thats kinda what i had in mind when i asked the towing guys, simple roll down flat bed, winch it on and go
but, insurance, liability and what not
one guy said he would do it, but then found out i live to far out :(

rent you a a small skid steer from nations rent, sun rental, best hardware etc
 
I stick built my 12X12 shed. And I built it on a 6X6 skid base around the perimeter, then I added floor joists. When I needed to move it, I Pushed it from the base. Worked Great.

Mines on 6x6 treated runners much the same way, it was designed to be moved around the farm but never on a road.

I used a large eye bolt and put a washer on the front and back of it to keep it from pulling the wood apart

whenever you figure yours out, take pics, I need to figure out mine lol

Since i have not bought the slant bell housing yet........

I would need motor mounts and possibly an exhaust system to go V8


To stay six, i need a bell housing that is going to most likely run 3 bills.
 
IF i even make it there, ill be sure to document it
i need to pack things up here in 45 minutes to go get my boy from school, and the friends that im waiting on are the kind of guys to just head out there and get it done, even without me

as big a name as you are on here, i bet you could put a wanted add up for that bellhousing and have one for free before nightfall

I am only on the bubble because i saw a 65 valiant with a 273 that sounded great. Had i not seen that i would be totally happy in my slanted world.

That bell i am looking is a rare one.....64 to 6 only
 
i was actually thinking to post a want ad before I pull out the paypal button but not until after the first of the month ....I am out of car budget now.

no, because I have a 73 340 in stock that has not been assigned to a car yet and it is not numbers to anything I have. Usually if I have a numbers engine to a car I wont use it. I also have a 69 340 but I have the car that it is numbers to so it can not be assigned.

both of those have the 4.3 inch bearing retainer hole.

both are quite rare from what I hear but they eliminate problems you would have by trying to use the mega common aluminum OD bell
