I was in on a class action law suit with BOA. What they were doing was If your funds posted in the evening showing available/cleared(everything good right?) Then they would put checks that came trough that night BEFORE the deposit and bounce them.That's why I love to see them get caught and squirm when they do...
I had printed out the statements that evening and the ones the next morning showing where they had done it and sent it off to tha atty that had concacted me.

I hate banks. My goal is to eliminate everything but a mortgage within the next 5 years. Then never deal with a bank again

They had got me one time before and that's why I print out statements when deposits go in.
