It was a good escape, though very temporary. One of those things you just can't get anywhere else. Just stroll down the beach, look at the water and pretty much forget everything else. Found a few tiny shells and a sandollar with a hole in the middle. Didnt want to get to wet for the ride back, so just walked the edge of the water. Had some pretty good waves, and was still getting my shorts wet.
 
I am hoping to work on my Chrysler. Work on the winch on my car trailer. Cut some firewood and do some errands. I am so looking forward to a long weekend.

Yep, long weekend coming. Work today and tomorrow. Maybe get some time for the car. I do still have firewood to bust up and probly order another cord already done. Last year i found about 3 cords on craigslist, cut but not split. Drug that home in the Magnum. Was picking up a load almost every day for a few weeks on my way home from work. I'll have to check if any deals close, but really don't have time for messin around with it much this year

Hes been off the grid more than on, so i'm not gonna lose any sleep over him. If i don't hear anything in a couple weeks I may try again:
 
You're doing what in the shower? Man I got here too late for the story. lol
 
I got my Dynomax mufflers on last night. Much better. Both of my old mufflers were rotted and the car sounded pretty ratty. The new mufflers are pretty quiet but with a 318 2 barrel under the hood with a stock cam I don't need mufflers that sound racy.
 
Well I got the garbage out. didn't get to sleep until after 3....
 
I should get up early on Thursdays. I have to drive almost an hour to get to my first stop. If I left home @ 7 I would be there at 8 when they open. Sleep is a hard habit to break. Especially for one day a week.
 
My plans are shot for today, just looked at the calendar and its Marilyns bday, I was wondering why my daughter was here so early! At least I can get her something while she is gone!

I buy a lotto ticket every wed and sat. I'm good enuf at math to know it ain't gonna happen. But for $2 a week, at least I'm in the game and I can dream. Still got another 15 years or so before retirement money will be right.
