I have some stuff to do, but can't figure out which to start.
The village guy needs to come over and talk with me because a--hole next door complained about the condition of the yard.... I got the email from him last Fri and he's supposed to come by to talk to me sometime this week, most likely today...
I figured he was going to try something after he got nailed in court last week.
So I barraged them with 3 more complaints against him that I emailed on Sat morning. Now the police chief wants to talk with me, which is fine, he's a good guy, just stuck in the middle of this trying to get it settled before it escalates...
He started going after my son a couple of months back and is trying to press charges against him. My son was just riding his brother's mini bike up and down our dead end street and he was trying to video him. My son didn't want to be videoed, so he just grabbed his phone/camera out of his hand and handed it back to him. Now he's trying to press battery charges against my son. I asked for pictures of the marks from my son hitting him, and the police say that there are two kinds of battery now, one doesn't require any marks. All you have to do is talk "negatively" and just touch the guy, (even a poke in the chest while proving a point counts) to get an assault charge now days.
I think I need to become paparazzi and follow Justin Beiber or Kanye West. I could bait them into touching me real easy and then sue....
So I got a great lawyer to defend my son. This guy's partner kept Governor Blego's brother from going to jail many years ago during the last Illinois Governor scandal. If he can keep him out of jail when the FBI is prosecuting, then they know what they are doing....
So I'm going after the neighbor with a vengeance now. I tried to back off, but he's starting to push again, so I'm not going to let him get a break. He's too dumb to just follow the rules which makes it easy to get him in trouble (he thinks he's above the law and the rules only apply to others)...
I warned them last year to back off and leave me alone. I'm sick of this ****. Now I'm going to push until this asswipe learns that I'm serious and he won't win this. I'm doing it through the legal means which requires them to do their job and document the violations so the village code enforcement can prosecute. He thinks that if he posts his "illegal" signs after they go home for the weekend, he can get away with it... No, no, no... I have a camera and have been documenting all of the signs when and where he puts them up. (Village code only allows one real estate sign for one property only...)
He thinks that by me limiting the number of signs that he can post is preventing him from selling his house (for the last 2-3 years)... It couldn't possibly be the fact that he's asking too much and has done hack work on the house to try to "flip" it. Not to mention many other houses for sale around he town....
He's trying to "ask for peace" when he's looking at $$$ in fines, but thought it was a joke all summer playing those games. I'm not backing down until he gives a full unconditional surrender, Like Japan in WWII....
Then I could use a haircut.
Doug needs help fixing his house and is off work today...
I need to start going to the gym to drop some weight...
Plenty of yard work to do, have some cut logs laying around that need to be burned...
Then I figured out the wiring harness issue with the son's Valiant and now have to correct that.... Year One sent us a heater only wiring harness and we have an A/C car, I need to adapt the a/c harness into the new one...
Having trouble getting one wire out of the old connector, then I can plug in the new one and I think I'm ready to go....
