Man, I hate pain in the arse neighbors, oh wait, I don't have any.

That sounds like a real drag Karl, dealing with people like that ruffles me feathers, big time. Just make sure your stuff is in order so he doesn't have any ammo to use in his favor.
 
Karl, isn't there any way you and your neighbor could come to a truce?

All this feuding consumes so much time and energy, life is short.

I've tried for 4-5 years for that, he backs off when I put the heat on, then comes back after it settles down. Time to change strategy, the best defense is a good offense. Keep at him until he takes the first reasonable offer to get away from me... I need to rock his world so hard that he will stay away from me for good...

I tried the passive approach, it doesn't work with him. Now I have to go with the aggressive approach to drive him out of town...

He hasn't learned to leave me alone yet, but he will....
 
Good morning men, I am glad yesterday is behind me, today is a new day :cheers: and I plan on keeping a smile on all day even if it kills me :D

I do to Ben, I think by not watching the news and knowing I did everything I could yesterday to move forward in life it should be easy :D I see Karl is dealing with that man next door again.. :coffee2:

good morning ....just hanging out here and about to start banging my head against the wall because I am going absolutely nuts trying to decide on a color for the coronet.

maybe I am thinking too much ....maybe I should just take some Nyquil and pass out and forget about it lol

I still vote for the bronze color. Big decision. Go with what you originally had in mind before you started 'overthinking' it. That's probably what your heart is set on anyway.

I was going with black ...I was set on black.

I was going to make the car that Steve McQueen would have had when he turned family man.

But then ....someone told me that in black it will look like a Hearse .......absolute mood and deal killer.
