I am about ready to put a Pa Pa Murphy's pizza on my new smoker. I'll post before and after pics. The rules state you must have a drink in your hand when you have the smoker on. I am enjoying a sip or two of tequila. It's Tijuana Sweet Heat. Good stuff!

It's perfect. Going to try some Baby back ribs tomorrow. On the smoker for 6 hours.

at what temp do you keep the heat?
