Good morning, no rain expected here, 84% humidity but that is moderate for August in the low country. Hmmm I just looked and I have a can of bacon-flavored Spam, today's my cheat day but I'm meeting my boss and his wife (very nice, smart lady, he got lucky) at the Irish pub, I like it there because it's not packed with loud families, you can have a conversation and really good food and drinks. Looking forward to getting through the very busy eclipse weekend, I am thinking the easy-spending, classy people don't see a reason to follow crowds to see an event that lasts a few minutes, but upper management is opening the restaurant that Sunday... Will give the Fury a bath this morning.
 
Speaking of Coffee..."Mountain High Premium" Coffee, Breakfast blend. It was my emergency stash as I ran out of my normal Don Francisco dark. This stuff tastes like ****! It lacks any coffee flavor, tastes more like rotting wood bark, smells the same too! How can a distributor based out of Brentwood , TN sell this crap as coffee? Wait up...product of VIETNAM? I think Charlie is still getting some payback on us.....straight into the trash.

Sounds like the rotting wood bark would have made a better tea. :D

That's my take on ALL american coffee. Yuk.
