Do you have option to reg as antique and eliminate annual insp? Probably do that next round on the Duster. I do need to get the Magnum in yet in next couple weeksI'm going to get the Scamp inspected after work - can you believe it's been a year already!?

Well, I think we found the issue. It is with the Howards Camshaft. The oiling holes in the #4 journal are a third the size of a stock Mopar Cam
