OK I have a car on the rotisserie and the bottom is cleaned down to the bare metal. I was going use rustoleum primer. What is a time frame that I have to put an original green on too?

yep, that and dixie cups to mix paint in. Can't use solo cups the bottom falls out when the thinner hits.
