And YOUR experience is the key...copyright infringement begins with intent to use or copy...etc... You'd do neither, it works. It's just a show'em how.I just figure between 3 pushbutton transmissions, I'll have plenty of experience with them lol

Unless the hose crimper my parts guy has will workWonder if you can make them or repair them with parts from that site I posted with spedo cable housings etc? Hopefully yours are free.

That’s only because it is an active trademark. Writing a repair manual leaves you free and clear as long as you don’t copy any of their manuals do put the Mopar or Chrysler logo on anything. Writing about repairing a piece of equipment sold by any corporation is NOT copyright infringement and they can NOT sue you. They sued a guy and his wife for making pillows that said Mopar on them last year for trademark infringement...
Fer cryin out loud Rainy .. Don't tell thema lot of pawn shop people are not aware that what they have is the better stuff than what sears has in stock right now ;)
Had to google her. Not bad. But there's better ... Gotta have Kate MaraAnd Linda Vaughn can be your showcase model in the pics!
It depends on how you use it. You can write about Mopar but you can’t put the name on a t-shirt in any font. Then it becomes “merchandising”You can use the word mopar just not the way they write it I am pretty sure.
Wasn't that a FOMOCO tie rod end or something?LOL I even have a 19/32 snap on wrench forget what I used it on though....
They will be in his book![/QUOTE][QUOTE

Might have been, now I pound it on stripped 11/16 bolts, hey it is a snap on right they still have to replace it!Wasn't that a FOMOCO tie rod end or something?
What? I'm not gonna back pedal. I felt it was a legit concern. I have zero clue as to how that trademark thing would work but it makes sense what Dave says.

Yep, they were used on some ‘40s and ‘50s cars on the tie ride ends. That size was also used on a bunch of electrical connections back in the same time period. My Grandfather used that wrench size when he was doing the wiring on new submarines being built back in WWII.Wasn't that a FOMOCO tie rod end or something?
WTH did THAT come from?I want them to serve beer on Jeopardy!
