my brother bought my neighbor's dad's car after it sat for over 6 years.... we figured we would have to drop the tank and drain the fuel system....

He put a battery in it, it fired up and he drove it away... Never changed the tank....

Try it first...
agree. The old pontiac i used for a christmas ornament with homer simpson sat for 9 yeats put a battery in. A little carb spray a few times to start it and pull up the fuel. Neverdrained or cleaned anything. Only time it would get staryed was to move it in and put of the garage diring Christmas. Staryed up and ran great.

Ray how many SF is your building ?
The one in the pics isnt mine. Thats actually two divided buildings both two stories.
About 800 ft deep and 75 ft wide each.
Only comercial properties i have let are one 6 thousand sq .
And another divided building thats 8 thousand sq. With a 150 ft x 200ft. Empty lot attached.

Do you want me to get a pic of the building off I95 where you used to by supplies and see how it looks today.

Some great old industrial buildings up there.
That reminds me to call about welding up new frame connectors,

snowing here now - thought we were justgoing to get rain.
Realized I never put the heat setting back up...

Beautiful day here, sunshine all day, snow melting a little. But next couple days are another story. Blizzard in the forecast.

I just got home from King of Prussia. It took me 3 hours. Trees are down everywhere and 76 was closed in both directions. This was the best piece of road I saw all the way home.

Snow flakes the size of potato chips blowing sideways at 60 mph. Watched several trees go down while driving. I walked into the house and the power was out. It just came back on a couple of minutes ago. Lights are still flickering though and I heard a transformer fry somewhere nearby.

Power blinked at work about an hour ago. Could be an interesting night

Picked up my antique tag for the Duster on my way in to work. :steering:
Coming out of the place, the wind grabbed the door and slammed it against the side of a soda machine

Blinked a little here. Just spoke to a friend with a house near Media - no power there. Not good weather for doing repairs.
