Not really. You cannot give it throttle or it bogs down and falls on it's face. Ease into it and it will go fine.
There are some vacuum lines with bolts in and some other things. It runs fine for the most part.
He's got sparky. My guess would be timing isn't close enough or fuel (includes choke under fuel)

That should be easy to fix, only a few things that can cause that and they are all simple to fix.
told YOU CHRIS fsm!New diz in...and out and in out. Old back in, out, in. I quit for the day. Battery running down -back on charge.
Tried turning 180couple times, still nothing. I don't get it.I think the coil may be a problem. I put volt meter on primary and cranked it over. Cant actually read volts but could see it jumping. Put a plug in and just laying there it sparks, but maybe too weak? So checked resistance and secondary has over 10K - OK. Primary 1.8ohms, over 2x what that pic showed.

The ECU also controls advance electronically. When they go wonky, they can pull the timing or make it jump all over the place

My first guess on that would be the accel pump or fuel, but...
depending on the vacuum set up could be a delay in the spark advance or some other device.
You'll figure out, or we'll all come over for tuning party...
