Stop in for a cup of coffee

Amazon is getting ready to pull out of Seattle. Seattle passed a law charging employers a head count tax. .26 per employee per hour worked.
$500/year/employee .. That could get expensive in a big hurry. Employer's counter move, lay off employees or pull out completely. Reducing tax revenues by untold amounts.

WHAT....I can't believe how low a city or state will stoop to make a buck so they can pay for all the silly a**....ooops better stop.

Yea shop called car is ready to be picked up!!
Funny when I started this project a few months ago the major top companies said they didn't make a dark blue top in 67.
I had a scanned pic from a 67 Plymouth color trim book that showed dark blue, black, and white tops available.
Looked and looked for a trim book because I wanted to match samples to the swatch. I called everyone, libraries, Chrysler, no one had one.
I looked again at the website, Hamtramck Registry, and down in the fine print they gave thanks to a buddy of mine, who's helped a lot in my restoration.
I called him and he had the book, the only copy he knew of. Sent him the samples, matched the color, and the rest is history.
No one I've talked to has seen a dark blue top on a dark blue metallic (EE1) car.
Pics to follow.

Mitch since you have a 383, a question. My 67 383, I see HP of 280 and 325. Which is it?? Mine is a H code, 4 speed.

Anyone else feel free to chime in.

Although, I think some reduce the HP, because of the restrictive Ex Manifolds, If you have them.

I do have those. Oh well just wondered, heading to Midwest MOPARS in the Park in a few weeks and wanted to double check.

I'm sure there will be lots of opinions. But we all know what opinions are like, and everyone has one.:D

Large tax increases are directly influenced by a large part of the population using the free services, and not paying any taxes in to coffers. Like public schools, the roads, police, fire...NOT talking about sales tax. HMMMM wonder who those people are? ILLEGALS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!or undocumented workers getting paid in cash under the table. NO tax paid.
Starting to sound a lot like a certain person who's supporters wear red hats, be careful Tim

And hurricanes!!! No thanks.
Florida's been hit like once in 30 years with a major hurricane...

its cause of all the welfare and lush pension plans for government employees and officials

I guess there's some rare water pump for LAs that the outlet is on the opposite side, its aluminum. Someone was talking about it the other day on here. I apparently got lucky and have one

That was an aluminum version to replace the early cast iron water pump....

On a 73 car, I'm sure it will be the 70 and later standard aluminum water pump....

The lower radiator outlets are reversed between 69 and earlier and 70 and later....

Have to pull engine, trans to replace headers, will be easier to straighten with front clip off. I just am worried about the paint, that was 15 grand on the insurance repair estimate. And I think that was low.

I would consider putting frame connectors in after the frame is pulled...

Ever have that one family member who you just want to punch in the face?! Just learned my close cousin got arrested for arson. Burnt down two homes, including the 100 year old family farm house. Motive, no one knows. Drugs and alcohol may apparently involved, which is surprising for him.
