Right under the steering column, it holds the fuse box really stupid design the tabs break off, would like a blue one to replace the brown one I have.

Yes it is, I had it built with the (heavy stack 5) clutches and it has maybe 2.000 miles on it, 904 that will be going behind my 360 for Victoria ..
