Stop in for a cup of coffee

I haven't watched the weather that close and don't know exactly where you will be, but if you are seriously taking 2 little kids into a likely hurricane -you're an idiot. If not really going to be that bad and you are saying it for dramatic effect... Well, you're still an idiot. :poke:
Damn Keefer, Why dont ya tell em what ya really think .....LOL :poke:

Running around, trying to arrange delivery services, drugstore deliveries, grocery deliveries and meals on wheels. That one there, great deal. 12 dollars/day. Menu choices and hot meal delivered.
The tough things like setting up power of attourney and having changes made in the will.
The tough ones are
The medical care orders. Today we need to talk to mom about that.

They don't know the path yet. if it looks to hit Florida head on, then we'll be leaving well in advance.

Good decision. Job like that i just quote high.the issue with trying to fix it like building a jig to drill a proper centered hole takes time.

Snap on has an extractor kit with collars to help drill underflush broken bolts on center... I have a couple of them...

"Oh look Honey. That gray haired gentleman must be new to KCRP. He's so excited he can't keep still in his seat." says the neighboring spectator.
"Nah, he's from Santa Maria and just discovered BottomsUp coffee. Happens every time."

Needed a nap and coffee.
Staying inside as much as I can for the rest of the day. (yes a/c on the 2nd floor, which helps below too, 3rd floor forgettaboutit)
Lots to do here anyway.

Some cars are pretty tight to get to... That's why I like working on the old Mopars.... :D
Of the cars I've owned myself - Chevy Nova with a straight six had the best working room up front. Stupid muffler squeezed across above the axle was the only thing I recall with really poor access. Straight six in a panel truck - now that was nice, but it wasn't mine. :(

The Nova had the upper nuts for the rear shocks welded in and they would rust out and go bad... Then you would have to have new ones welded in.... When I did suspension work in a garage, I had three of them to work on and they all had the rusted nuts... We had to send them to the welding shop to get them repaired before we could install new shocks...

My lifted power wagon has lots of room to work around the engine, but getting up and down is a nuisance. Even worse on my drive on hoist.

I must have been lucky! I don't remember anything that bad with the shocks. Removing the rear springs - that was a learning experience! Ugh. My first time replacing leafs and what I mostly remember was fighting the bolts at front eyes and the shackles trying to press them out of the rubber bushings.
