Would a chisel on an air hammer work? or distort the metal too much?That floor panel is a PIA. I cant see where the spot welds are Due to the rust so have to chisel them out slowly! An the Valient panel that is supposed to be the one will need a ton of massaging to fit!

Basically what I am doing. Just takes a lot of time.I use cutoff wheel in die grinder,rough cut panel. Then carefullt remove remainder with chisel and a carbide burr
