Stop in for a cup of coffee

That floor panel is a PIA. I cant see where the spot welds are Due to the rust so have to chisel them out slowly! An the Valient panel that is supposed to be the one will need a ton of massaging to fit!
Would a chisel on an air hammer work? or distort the metal too much?

I would think an air hammer with the three poited cutter bit would be worth using..

Morning everybody.
Wondering why everybody is so early-but im an hour late.

They are spot welde to the front rails and the trans/torsion bar mounts. I should have it in today hopfully

I use cutoff wheel in die grinder, rough cut panel. Then carefullt remove remainder with chisel and a carbide burr

I rarely use air powered tools, but sometimes, they are just wonderful.
I didn't add any to the 'newbie tools thread' because its too easy to borrow or rent.
