Nice stuff from Laysons!
That's good to hear.
How did they get all those Dings ?????
I should be building doomsday bunkers for what it took to break that apart. I forgot I filled the lower section of the pole with concrete. Even dropped a rebar in it. Had to cut it off with discs on the grinder. Sawzall blades are useless once they run across the concrete a couple passes. Got it cleared about 4inch deep. just need to add some more dirt and weed seed( grass just wouldn't look right in my yard, lolif you have a 'basketball jones', don't come to my house...

didn't want to leave the extra piece of concrete next to the parking pad. Would have saved me about 3+ hours if I'd just cut it off...I had mine on the outside edge of my driveway....I just cut it off...at ground level , then put Mulch over it in the tree line....
It is...Gouging. Should be outlawed.
and what speed is that mess moving? are the ones in the grass out of gas? maybe the are the smart ones...pull off and shut it off till the can go instead of wasting it at idle or barely moving.Topped off my tank today, went to dinner, came out and the gas station had raised prices nearly 50 cents! Now I get why.

Yes... when your hundreds of miles away from the storms path...is it really gouging if they have no way to replenish?
north central Floridawhere were you that the gas went up?
Perhaps. But being it's the only station this to have raised prices thus far, odds aren't in its favor. Either way, I'm dreading the drive home if this thing stalls out like it says.I would not assume gouging without more information. A 50 cent change can easily be attributed to infrastructure costs that have raised the price. Local distribution truck shortages, OT for drivers and plant personnel, etc. Short lead demand is called “spot market” and the prices fluctuate wildly.
When I used to help run my friends Sunoco station, this kinda stuff would happen all the time. And the customers would yell at us like we were thieves. We never made any more or less profit ever, it all floated on the price we got it for.
We did our best to make fuel available during high demand times, but it cost more to get it. We just passed the costs along.
YesHello....Is this lug nuts anonymous?
If he’s the only station that has gone up and others have lower prices, that’s cost driven pricing...not gouging. You can’t gouge when others have the same product for less.Perhaps. But being it's the only station this to have raised prices thus far, odds aren't in its favor. Either way, I'm dreading the drive home if this thing stalls out like it says.
How are you feeling by the way?
No, this is just plain nuts anonymous. We don’t discriminate. All nuts are welcome.Hello....Is this lug nuts anonymous?
Glad to hear your on the road anyway. If he’s the only station that has gone up and others have lower prices, that’s cost driven pricing...not gouging. You can’t gouge when others have the same product for less.
I’m doing fair today. It’s a slow recovery road.
