Stop in for a cup of coffee

That particular design was based on a decal that Dodge would send you if you sent in the card from the Dodge News magazine “Five from the Hive” issue, 1969.

2nd.
Cool day today. Hopefully no wind. Finish straightening car port
And move it a little closer to shop.
It is handy to keep snow/rain off a project im working on.

Wasnt payin attention, still half asleep.
Shoulda said, nobody here but us tools!
Then ben showed up.

It was a great weather day here yesterday , 70 and sunny, hope it is like that again today, Good morning

Yesterday, we took the windshield and dash out of the Barracuda. Took a little longer than expected.
Some a**hole before me glued the windshield trim in. They used this foam like glue stuff.
Figured out after a half hour to take a long piece of wire and work it back and forth under the trim like a handsaw. Cut right through the stuff.
Will be some cleanup. Windshield frame looked great, no rust or damage.
Dash was easy, sitting on the kitchen table.
Just need to take all the big stuff off it today so I can start prepping for paint.

Bet your glad that is finally out.
I am. MOPAR buddy helping took the heater box home with him. I bought a rebuild kit. He had a new coil for it. He's going to rebuild it, and paint it up for me.

The previous owner had wired a small aftermarket oil/water gauge under the dash like many do. Funny he spent 5K getting the dash instrument panel completely re-done five years ago. I want to wire it while its out to use the dash temp/oil gauge and do away with the aftermarket piece.

Also the stereo speaker I though I'd need....the one here is brand new just wasn't wired in. He had some funky under the seat speaker system when I got the car...they are gone within a few days. Car also had the kick panels with stereo speakers. When I took them out they weren't wired in and looked brand new. I'll bring them to Carlisle and sell them.

Cool sniped a 69 340 M/T dualpoint. Just threw the min bid at it a few days ago, actually forgot about it! AAR distrib surprised it did not get bid up really high.

That's great!! Always a nice surprise when you win the bid.

I've never done any wiring. Just read here and take it in. Anyway, I have one of those big plastic colored wiring diagrams for the car. PO owner sent it with a bunch of other stuff. With the dash sitting on the table last night I was using it to trace follow wiring. It was interesting. My neighbor coming back today, knows his wiring so this will be a nice learning experience.

Bounce that against the factory service manual mine had discrepancies drove me nuts when I re wired the engine compartment.
