I had Mission BBQ at work. Turkey, pork and beef brisket (I think that's what it was anyway- it was smoked meat, does it really matter what it was? lol) sweet potatoes, baked beans, mac n cheese, cornbread - nothing green.
 
They don't have this problem with E coli in VN.. They all grow their own veggis in the back yard...:thumbsup:

I don't care for it enough to bother. I do have some kale in the fridge... Got the rest of it from the garden last week before the hard freeze.
for me, its a cheap *** move. 1500 lettuce seeds for .99 cents. Grow year round, what ones I don't use, I give away at work. Easy to grow, a simple pot, plant seed, water occasionally. No real work involved
 
Can't make a wedge of romaine. That seemed to be on every meal when I was in TX
I can make a wedge of iceburg... First time I saw a wedge salad was odd. Never thought I'd eat that **** with blue cheese dressing.. Turned out to be awesome..
