tap the outer holes for a 7/16 thread and use a 3/8-7/16 combo stud. on the original (Carter bp) holes, use a socket head cap screw (or is it called allen head cap screw?) and a reamer to drill down below the mounting surface. that way, the head will sit flush or below the upper carb mounting surface.

Wonder if that’s the same WCFB base that my poly intake has. If so, speedway motors has the correct adapter to go from that base to a 4150/4160 for less than 20 bucks

The Eddy 1403 and 1406 fit the stud pattern, but I want to use the Holley.
He has a 65 with a 4 speed and he's looking for 66 bucket seats so I can squeeze a center console in.

I think you can buy an adaptor plate.
Been rooting around with no success.
