Painting. The boy wasnt feeling well but he painted the inside of the deck lid.
Silver lining.. you can scuff it with some wet sanding and shoot it again w/o too much effort.Well that went to ****. I never wanted to paint this thing as it I'd intended to be driven daily and hard. But after welding patches in almost every body panel I needed to do something to slow down rust.
Ling story short painting in the open air got me a paint job full of lady beetles,cheap paint and lack of skill got me a lot of orange peel.
The idea was a 10 footer but I have to fix a lot to get to that good.

It did not come clean. Whirlpool model 583-0 sucks *** for washing parts.

It was originally turbine bronze, but now its a bit more orange…kind of close!Is that turbine bronze or the dodge equivalent to it? Beautiful colour!!!
