This was another budget job I did. $99 bodyshop cheap paint job (10 footer), $80 swap meet scoops, $350 interior, about $30 in Krylon paint.
1 can of semi-gloss orange, 1 can of semi-gloss black and a roller.

I used the stock panels as a template on 1/8 Masonite board, cut them out, bought some craft store art foam in a roll, spray adhesive, bought some close out black vinyl, laid out a pattern I liked, cut out section with a knife, then laid the vinyl over it all, took about 3 hrs total.

Fantastic. This should be a sticky in the interior section (if its not already).
I've been planning something like that. How firm is that foam? Hard to answer but I don't know how else to ask.
