I do find it strange that you did leave out the part about his Uncle dying. That's a big part of the story.
Like we always find out about this stuff. There's always two sides.
Its really not that hard to send an email, sms, PM, or even make a phone call and it only takes under a minute to keep someone updated on a transaction. I buy parts from guys on here all the time and i am in Australia. I wouldn't deal with a seller like that. Isn't it funny that he got in on this thread when we were all discussing him.... I say remove him from the site like he requested.
I don't think so, did you read the whole thread? He called the seller, and PM the seller several times with no reply. Then the seller cracks the sad's because we are all discussing it and requests to be removed.
It obviously sh*ts me when sellers cant communicate properly.
Luckily i deal with couple of great guys on here for parts and have not had any problems.
I tend to agree.
And I was not defending him in my earlier post. Simply pointing out that somehow something always gets left to make the offended party's story sound better.......when it's not necessary. Regardless of a death in the family, business is business and personal is personal. No excuse for no contact or unanswered emails.
Sometimes life is more important then shipping out parts

Guy has a life outside of FABO
I don't understand why some folks criticize a guy for joining the site to sell parts. One of the reasons I joined this site was to find parts I needed.
Guy has a life outside of FABO
we all do but when someone LOGS IN and DOES NOT let a buyer know what the hell is going on with their money or parts , that's when it becomes bullshit. if my people died and I OWED someone parts , yet I LOG IN but do not tell them what is going on, I would EXPECT a thread like this about ME.
if you cant communicate with the people you are selling parts to after you take their money, you have NO business selling parts
as to the log in thing-- my phone will stay logged in even when i'm not on the site, the app will stay running in the background & if i do not physically delete it it stays on, i think that is why it shows some people online but they do not respond.
It is too bad this thread was even started, there has been issues from the get -go, & 3 weeks for a money order transaction is not unreasonable

Communication is the key to any transaction
I agree wholeheartedly with this. If nobody sells.............nobody buys...........I have bought a ton of stuff here. And I will continue to do so as long as parts I need are available. Sometimes life does pop up with unexpected situations, but a quick PM or email and I'm all good with waiting. As stated earlier, "communication is key".
