BSFC and BMEP if if you have em, also like to see Tim’s fuel curve on your carbs.
Cool, I'll post that stuff.
I remember one thing it was .625 gpm.
Tim's original tune is going to go back in today.
We also need to get the air hats working

The bsfc numbers Tim doesn't believe because they're in the very low .300s to .270s
We did one pull and did some timing stuff on the scope and under load with the Mallory 3 step timing box he has. We stepped down to 70s for jets and put back in the original bleeds, sorry I forgot to write those down.
Hopefully the #2 afr can get figured out.
Fixed the exhaust leak by putting the 2 1/8 tti headers on and removing the 2 inch fenderwell headers. And will finish making the spark plug wires in the morning.
Yesterday we did not have the inertia measurements factored into the results and it did raise the power and torque a little.
We still have to figure out how to lean it out more.
I will have Tim print out everything from the next few runs since the engine is now how it will be in the car.

Tim needs to get crackin. lol
I want to see 650 hp.
With the inertia measurements entered it's there already he forgot to enter those yesterday.
Calculator says this engine should make 680 but that's perfect world sea level.
The air was at 3100 feet today. Should be doing more testing in the next couple days. He's going to go through the carbs and block the bottom emulsions and hope we can get it leaned out. I runs really freaking good but a lot rich.

Right on man! It's finally coming together!

Can't wait to pick up my bullet on Friday. No engine dyno for me but we will get the car on a chassis dyno once it's running.

Awesome, that will be fun

Hopefully you guys can read this.
Here's the test results from 2 today.
@4900 peak torque 643.98 & average of 595.62
@5700 peak horsepower 665.81 & average of 520.15
Average BSFC of .365
Average oil pressure 63.08 psi with 30 weight break in oil.
Average air/fuel is 11.73

I forgot to mention we are running av gas with 1 ounce per 5 gallons of mmt additive.
Next change is from 68 main jets to 66.
I bought 64s just in case.
Then from 6.5 pvs to 4.5 and hopefully dial it in from there.

What kind of scope are you doing the timing stuff on?

What is mmt additive?

Nice numbers so far, but it sill looks a little fat, should be a bit better with a leaner mixture.
Yeah should get better, we'll probably go with a pv change 1st since the jets won't be here till Thursday

Good results. Thanks for posting the data. There’s quite a bit more fuel tuning to do. Just curious, did you sweep the timing back and forth? And what did it end up at?

Yes we did and were at 31°
Tim wrote all that down

I’ll have to spend an hour and reread everything to find engine details. This is why I kinda break my projects down into sections.
