Hello All - The front bumper on my 1975 Dodge Dart Sport is bent just a little bit, but I'd like to straighten it. Any ideas on the best way to do this? I purchased another bumper that the seller said was a 1974, but it turns out its for a 1973 so it won't fit and its also bent. Thanks in advance.

Yep. The one I have is the noise cap. I discovered the reason that I couldn't find the voltage limiter was because it was never on the instrument cluster when I bought the car, nor was it on the parts cluster I bought. Thanks Demonic and RedFish for solving my mystery.

Question for all... I have my hinge covers painted and ready to install. But how do I secure these to the hinges? I see the holes in the hinges and in the covers, but what kind of fastener is used to secure them? There are no through holes in the seats and they couldn't go into the seats...
