I prefer not to run a 4 inch crank in any engine i build, for me or my daughter, i do like RPMs, my engine does not sound like its working that hard at 7500 plus.
The dome does not fit inside the chamber, i had a set and wanted to use them, but the shape of the stock combustion chamber and the edelbrock are very different.
You will need more than 4800 stall, in my 273 stocker i was less than 5000, and it was not good, i wanted 6000, but they told me if would not be efficient at that stall, i am around 5500 now, works good. Dynamic did mine.
That is good if you have that ratio, you should not be spinning with a 60 foot time like that, make sure the snubber is almost on the floor, and try 19 psi on the tires.
