    Complete and utter disassembly

I did it on a 75 Duster. I was amazed on what people were looking for parts wise. Didn't do much sheet metal, although one guy did want the roof, but it never came through. Parted it out to nothing and then had the wrecker haul what was left of the body away and got $250 for it. I really enjoyed...

NOT MINE!!!! But...it does have four doors and the price is right!!!!

Honestly, If I was in a different part of my life, I would grab it. The rust doesn't look bad and for a driver, who cares.

    Starter not engaging?

Okay, I took off the flexplate from the 5th ave motor and bolted up the barracuda flexplate and same thing. So I'm not sure what is happening here. I measured the snout of the bell housing to the middle of the ring gear, it's about inch and a half. Took the starter back out tested it on the...

    Starter not engaging?

I believe so. They were threaded into the converter, so I'd believe so. They look like converter bolts. Like these

    Starter not engaging?

I'll try mating everything back together tomorrow and see how it goes. I'm wondering if the flex plate pulled the converter too far forward (close to the engine) Again I never had that problem before. I do have another flexplate, I could try.

    Starter not engaging?

So I separated the trans from motor and bolted starter up. It spins the converter just fine. What the heck? Attached is that video along with the converter and flex plate. No the trans and converter are not a match to the original flex plate, again never had that issue as the flex plate bolted...

    Starter not engaging?

Okay, never had this happen before. I got a 318 out of a 5th avenue. I'm just trying to see what the compression is before I throw it in the barracuda. I got the motor mounted to the transmission a 727 with the converter. I bolted up the starter that came with the motor, but to me it just seems...

    340 Overheat / Radiator Geyser

I still want to see ACTUAL temperature on a mech gauge, not the crappy factory dash gauge.

    340 Overheat / Radiator Geyser

I would challenge you to put a real temp guage on it and read the actual temperature. I wouldn't be going by the factory dash gauge. Only n other thing not mentioned, is make sure your water pump pulley IS smaller than your crank pulley. I think you're chasing your tail, personally

FRAUD ALERT. Let me give you a warning.

We did it on a piece of paper held in the photo. Sure someone could still Photoshop, but it would help detour from pic stealing and reposting on here and FB

FRAUD ALERT. Let me give you a warning.

On another Mopar forum I was apart of, you were required to put your screen name and the date on all 4 sale item pictures. We should really consider that, otherwise you get this non sense.

    Revamped cooling system

I think you're overthinking it. Your current temps are fine. I would add a shroud at most and leave off the electric fan.

    Bad Pilot Bushing Symptoms?

The roller bearing setup was factory for the later model stick shifted mopar vehicles. It's a common upgrade. I wouldn't sweat it. Pull your old one out, install roller and roll on.

80s Lean Burn distributor and Fitech EFI

Don't try and reinvent. Fitech needs a two wire magnetic pickup dist that's locked out AND a adjustable rotor. I had Fitech on my 70 Dart with timing control, MSD pro billet locked out with MSD adjustable rotor and MSD EFI 6 box. It worked as it should. Knowing what I know now, I would go with a...

[Found!] WTB A833OD A/F Body Bellhousing

Check with Brewers or Passon. Brewers would be my first choice, due to ease of communication. but I got one from Passon about 2 years ago. It was a refurb unit, no issues.

Hemi swap 6.1L Turnover, Pause Start Issue

How could it be a blown fuse? If the fuse blows, there would be no power at all. His is losing connection and then regaining it. Just asking to understand. I would pull the starter and bench test it's operation (see if you can duplicate). Maybe a faulty ignition switch?
