from what I know about draw through turbo's 1) reed valves are to allow air/fuel mixture a quicker route to intake 2) as number 1 says if you mount the carb elsewhere you would have to pump the crap out of the car to get it to start, ever started a crossram car when it hasen't been running...

no sense it building an engine you don't really want to end up with though, open the 360 up, check bearings, rings and the important stuff have the heads checked and button it back up and run it like that if all looks well

is the 360 a good running engine? did you hear it run? if so drop it in and run it, buy the 340 and save it until you have abit more of a budget to build it (sit in in the corner) that way you have the 340 to build and still can drive the car with the 360

if you have new vehicle replacement its an automatic write off after a certain cost to fix; every insurance company offers this coverage and its almost stupid not to have it, this car was wrote off because of that I'm sure as its not even hit that hard

insurance don't repair brand new cars if you have the proper coverage; new vehicle replacement, would you want your brand new smashed car back or a brand new one like it? that car is quite fixable but your correct that most insurance companies total the car because the air bags cost more then...

a person who invests 30K on a car doesn't just shove the clutch pedal to the floor and leave it there as a decoration, they would also clean and paint the trunk body color, and the wiring wouldn't have wire joiners on it $7000 would have been more real of a price

its not an error, he replyed to a member here saying the car was a 1965 titled as a 1967, its illegal to sell something like that

why not just bend the top of the pedal assembly a little outward to allow the pedal to pull the cable further out of the firewall before it hits the stop

thats a really horrible spot for a fuel tank, right in line with the passenger side rear tire; most people put in a fuel cell because the engine isn't stock, meaning your probably going to be spinning it and have about 80 percent better chance of having a tire shread the wheel wheel

this change over was done for a couple reasons. quicker stopping power and easier pedal effort, this was done so my father who is disabled could enjoy the car too without as much effort to push the brake

95 GPH? what are you running a double street hemi set up?:D 7 PSI is getting up there for a single 4 barrel but will work fine for the most part, more fuel then most engines need

if you buy used turbos make sure there not from a diesel application, apparently they dont have the proper seals in them for oil

if your running a TBI engine, 1988-1991 LA series then it does not use a crank sensor, it uses a special distributor that has a hall effect sensor much like the one that the magnum uses except it mounts different TBI won't run off a stock electronic ignition in mopar, unless you use all chebby...

if you have a 1980 dodge nobody bothers with backyard rebuilding anymore, there under $60 each for calipers and a normally stocked item if you drained the master cylinder and pumped the pedal you will have fun now, the master will need to be "bench bled" (done on vehicle) then the proportioning...

360 heads and intake on the 318, all AHB M bodies were built like that unless it was a detectives car

looks like your normal 318 4 barrel truck engine for 1981

1/2 a quart every 8K is actually considered normal oil usage by most car companies

if the heads or block has been machined the intake will need to be to fit the different angle that is now there

its great for starting to weld but you will soon find you don't like it, doesn't weld nearly as good as a gas welder and has way more splatter then one, however you can use a flux welder anywhere outside; gas you can't

with the timing you may need an adjustable light to be able to see where your sitting at idle, could be that its flashing around 16+ which is hard for a normal light to pick up on
