It doesn’t appear to be cracked, but it’s very rusty, and the thermostat for the flapper valve is in pieces.

Yes, any slant six exhaust manifold will fit; the main differences were year to year changes in the choke heat stove pocket and the flapper valve. No reason to replace it with another stock-type manifold unless yours is cracked.

I had access to a machine shop at one of my past jobs and just made the end different rather than the end that it came with. It worked fine as it was I just made it a little better... another word of caution !!! .. if you mount the stop to the rear carb bolt it can pivot and move back slightly...
