I know Jada has talked about coming down by where I live, so I look forward to meeting up with someone who probably ran around with my dad back in the day... But I want to meet 318 as well, and it would be great if I can make it to the track and watch them run.
 
Nice, hope it works out for you. I'm 7 3/4 hours away so...will have to watch the video. It's always better watching live when its someone you know , especially head to head.

Speaking of which I'm going to be at Falbes wednesday or thurday to drop off a d60 to be narrowed. Also meeting another guy there to do some parts swapping. Hopefully it will all work out that way. lol

Whats the D60 going in? And what's underneath it now?
 
That's a little far for me... But sounds good... As far as parts, I don't really know, I should be down to just the small stuff. Push rods, timing chain, bearings... Oil pan for a car...

Stock LA pushrods? How many do you want? 16-50 318-340 abody oil pan? I may have a couple. I don't have any 360 spares. Or do you need bb parts?

you put your time and money into it grab them damn Keys ticket for the track and squeal tires!
 
La push rods, 16, well 32, but I would settle for 16... 360 oil pan, and pick up. Will a 318 pick up work?

Well, its 95% his money, 50%my time and they are his keys even thou the cars in my name for insurance reasons.( he was only 16 when he bought it, 17 now.) But we do squeal the tires as much as we can get away with. I never go nuts with it UNLESS he tosses me the keys and says "you give her a run dad !" Then he really smiles...ok, maybe we both do alot of smiling.

tell him the guys on the Forum are giving you a hard time and you need a time slip. They're not going to let you join in the reindeer games if you don't!

not only voice commanding but I was in the eye doctor's office getting my bimonthly shot to the left eyeball. And while I was in the waiting room my wife called all hysterical because one of our dogs got attacked by another dog and she had to take it to the vet and she was like I said freaking out. I had to drive straight home and my left eye is still very irritated for a few hours after the shot directly to the eyeball..

Ah the pressure!! I never worried about it in high school, certainly not now at this age. I honestly don't need a time slip to say it's "this fast" , it's like I tell my boy, " a freaking Honda can get a speeding ticket, it's all about the experience of DRIVING it" ...sometimes you just have to pretend that you stole it !
