Will it's salsa and chip time agin.
Trying this Paul Newman salsa. This stuff tastes like mud. I'll be mixing in some of my Kroger Brand salsa. It's right tasty. Go to fill up my mug with some sweet tea now.

Hard to find a good salsa... But even harder to find a chip that is worth dipping! I won't go into all the tea things, as I can't even find one that is worth drinking anymore.

I love salsa and chips. I like to add some heated nacho cheese into my salsa to give it a little twist.

I get my salsa from a lady from south of the border. She lives over in central Washington. She uses fresh veggies from the farm her husband has worked on for the past 2 decades. She makes me 12 quart jars of mild and hot salsa.
Beats any store bought salsa. I'll spare the details of the tamales she makes. I'm spoiled.

I like an open faced chili burger topped with cheese and onions, side order curly fries and a coke.

Anyone hungry yet ? lol I talked myself into it or maybe it was the wife. Friday she's making me a chili burger with all the trimmings.

J par if you recover those bucket seats save the multi color cloth inserts for me.
I'm actually thinking of reusing those centerpieces. If I can get my friend to do the upholstery work I'd like to clean them up and keep them in there. But I do have those 410 gear still?
And as far as chips I make my own. My wife cannot resist them one bit! LOL put about 1/2 to 1/3 container of vegetable oil in the frying pan get it on medium-high heat and cut White corn tortillas into 6 triangle pieces. I've got it to where I can take a half dozen and do half of that at a time. I put them in and pretty quickly flip them over and wait till they get to the right color. And as soon as I throw them out onto a old grocery sack with a paper towel over it I sprinkled kosher salt on them. They are completely irresistible standalone. But we found this deli style salsa we like from the local store it's just the right heat. Not too much, not too little...

stop distracting him...… he's driving :)

X2
But he lost me with the amount of oil.
Just get it a good quarter-inch to half-inch deep in your pan. So the chips will float and you can push down on them and they can dunk in a little bit. Don't let them get too dark and don't bring them out before they get a little color on both sides. You may need kind of a perforated scoop and set of tongs for flipping them. You won't regret it trust me and you have to Salt them a little bit but again I like the kosher salt that's kind of big chunks.. I do this to make my tostada shells as well. Actually I do a batch of chips for my wife well I make the tostadas shells

Do not touch those bad boys when they come out of the Grease. Don't ask me how I know..

If you look on the event calendar for April 7th you will see there is a swap meet in Rockford Illinois. 318flingsvalveseverywhere and I are having pizza right now for my birthday.

Look at the events calendar that's a funny one. 80% of the Forum is on the East Coast and most everyone there thinks the west coast is La which is the other 15%. Northwest is about 2 percenters and we can say the other 3% is offshore oh and that's right there's those Canadians LOL....
We can just call them offshore too LOL:realcrazy:

Well I must have wanted to spend money pretty bad. I bought that stupid pinion snubber for ten bucks and don't even have an 8 and 3/4...
