67 dart stroker hellcat gen3 hemi with twin turbos...

If I were asked to look at it, one of the first things I'd do is verify analog voltages coming in. A volt meter can verify TPS, MAP, CTS, and other values AT THE ECU. Are there discrepancies between the observed values & the displayed values? If I know the analog signal is present, and at a proper voltage, next I'd check the ECU configurations.

Although I'm not familiar with the specific Holley unit, most Stand-Alone's allow you to configure inputs as digital or analog. If analog, you can scale the low/high thresholds (0-5, 0-15). I'd go back & review the CONFIGs in the software.

I would then break out the O-scope (which most people don't have) and watch digital signals like CPS, CMS, etc. It might be a glitchy digital signal indicating possibly a questionable ground or connector pin (mentioned many times already) or EMF interference from a coil or injector or something.

It is apparent your issues are not Standard Answer Number 1. You may need to just look at different things and let the system guide you to the issue. (I do electronics for a living and what might jump out at me as obvious may be missed by someone not as familiar with electronics.). Hope this helps.
I’ll add to this by saying check the filtering settings as well. Some of the default filtering is not what works for cam/crank sensors.

Definitely don’t give up, it’s just a car and it’ll get fixed. If none of the sensors are working, that’s got to be a wiring issue or a setup issue within the Holley. Who wired it and who built the tune? In my experience, the same guy needs to do both, or at least the tuner needs to be able to read the wiring diagram in order to configure things correctly. These Holley systems are everywhere. Find a local willing to help.
we lost the pinout diagram made when wiring it. its been looked at by few different top tier tuners. my chassis guy is so over worked to get it back in at the moment. im not gonna pressure him to get it back in yet. once it warms up im sure he will have me bring it in and get it fixed with the quickness. which is kinda why i dont wanna dig to deep and make it more difficult down the road when that time comes.

what is funny is all the sensors show the correct voltage, signal wires etc.. and should work. they just dont. ive talked with 4 different g3 hemi holley users thst had the same problem. a new harness or repin was the fix. i just dont have 600 bucks plus labor to replace the harness and then repin it all over again. when a repin could work.

@turbofreek was your car wired with a Holley harness? And what ecu are you using? Also what year gen 3 hemi is it? I’ll pull some diagrams and look through them.

yes plug n play holley hp ecu and harness. with an hp it on has 4 inputs and 4 outputs. very basic.
things that had to be changed in the harness are only the fuel and tps pigtails and those work flawlessly.
crank and cam sensors holley has specific part numbers im able to use with it. those have been replaced a few times thinking them the issues. i need to drop my oilpan and reseal the gasket better as it leaks. i intend to check trust and trigger wheel gap etc.. make sure thats a non issue just cus ill be there anyways.
the new firmware v6 from holley allows the cam sync feature to be turned off. i intend to do this as well. thats a big deal for g3 hemi guys having issues with it. or i can just could just go off a 60-1/2 holley trigger and still use my crank sensor and wheel. just have to count how many teeth to tdc and program it from their.
all of this stuff i could of done in a day or 2 when i was healthy. since my health isnt gonna improve. ive kinda got frustrated and depressed over the entire ordeal.
**** even if it all worked i still havent found a drivers door window so i could even go test it. lol
the more i ponder the more **** im forgetting needs fixed. front wheel castle nuts being a big one as well.
it never ends. im ready to be done with it and have a simple slow *** street car at this point.

i should clarify the sensors that do NOT work.
1. cam sensor sync error. goes to 30+° according to system log. yet it does not have vvt. it is locked out at the cam gear.
^^^ this is in the main harness prepinned from holley fyi.

2. a seperate harness for additional inputs/outputs that go to the ecu on a different plug in harness. NON and i mean NON of these work. these all have proper voltage signal and ground wire readings to be operational. they just ******* dont and never have worked.
2.1 my boost controllers(solynoids x2) did work but stopped right after first attempt to use them. made target boost etc... gave an error in the data log and have never worked or clicked like they have power to them ever since. yet they DO have power to them.

i am currently looking for a pin out map from holley on the i/o harness for the hp ecu. should better explain if something is wrong or has a broken wire. only 25-32 pins to check at a plug end that is the size of a half dollar. being inspected by a nearly blind person. lol

tiny plugs lol

Any chance you can find a local who’s experienced with the Holley? Anyone who’s done a few installs should be able to sort that out.

it will get sorted. was wired by somebody whos done tons of installs and auto wiring. we know it is something simple. im just gonna let it sit till i get it back in. got other more pressing things to deal with right now. see what spring has to offer i suppose.

well new harness arrived a few days ago. no sensors work as before. gonns drop it off a cliff this weekend

Damn, I can't imagine your frustration about now. I do know electrical can be a major PITA! Surround yourself with the best ans stop at nothing until you get the answers you need. I know you have other priorities right now, too. Kicking someone's *** on this might just brighten your day a little. Good luck!!!

It’s in your configuration or pin map or both. It’s not rocket science, but you definitely need somebody who knows what they’re doing with that Holley system. Not the guys who only know tuning, but the guys who understand the configuration and electrical sides of it as well. Good luck.

man im pretty damn good with electrical since i do it for work daily. its the crawling under the dash in a fully caged car my unhealth 6'3" 290lbs *** cant do. my guy can fix it but he is slammed work wise and intends to get me in asap. im just impatient as all hell is now. 73° and time off dont help with that at all.

i cant even hit a track cuz i got no drivers door window still. driving me.batshit crazy trying to find one of those.

well i cut a piece of lexan for a drivers door window. never found one that wasnt 500 bucks plus shipping. i spent 50 on this. messed up the first and used as a template. second fits really tight but will go up and down with assistance at least.
i fucked up the pinmaps
pretty fuckin certain of that now. so its in the software and im retarded. might also have a corrupted global file tbat caused this all. havent even attempted to mess with it but it runs well now.

Glad you’re pushing forward and getting it figured out. Well done

Door glass for the post cars are hard to find for sure. I did the same thing with cutting a piece of lexan while I spent 3 years finding a replacement.

You would think that that 4 Door glass would be easy to find...would not any window glass from 67-76 fit?

It’s a two door sedan, aka post car. The only door glass that works is 67-68 two door sedan Dart or 67-69 two door sedan valiant. No other glass fits.

I have a 67 Dart post and a few 67-69 Valiants... pretty sure the front doors are the same as four door cars so I can’t see it being hard to find glass

they are about 4 inches shorter than a 2 door post window. already measured in september. no bueno.

Interesting... I always thought that 2 door post cars used the same front doors as a 4 door.

found a faulty sensor. swapped my c02 with the fuel and low and behold. a bad sensor from holley. who would of known a brand new one got through holley. now a 2 week back order. grrr.
boost noids fired up. hope thats the cause for the driveshaft sensor not working.
