70 dart 470 ci drag car build.

Welder operator is impatient under the car. I'm not a professional so I won't beat myself too much.
This was a ton of work the type of work I wish for cool weather (nope). Usually I make a plan, then let the car give me the path then duplicate on the other side. It's going to work out that way.

Well, no work on the car today.
I've spent 8 hours so far trying to organize my garage to make room for my car to move over.
This week hopefully I'll have time to make a rolling cradle for my junker and get that thing up off of the ground higher so I can work easier & the weld spatter has a chance to cool before it rolls down my shirt
 
I was trying to move my car and my strap on the k member slipped, fun fact if I would have went over my frame rails that wouldn't have happened Stupid accident, hopefully I can get it back off the ground no I didn't get a rotisserie lol
I haven't seen the damage on the passenger side yet .
Public service announcement!!!
Think, plan, think again, check the plan & most important drink your Dr. Pepper when it's hot outside .
I really hope I didn't just kill my junker.

Thats not good. Probably doesn’t happen if the dogs were supervising. Hopefully it didn’t Jack a bunch of stuff up.

I'm pretty much some redneck **** lol, the dogs are smarter than I am, their in the cool house sleeping
 
You are making sure the car is level for all the welding you're doing ? I know you're that smart, aren't you? :D
We wouldn't want the car looking like a pretzel when it's all welded up.
 
****, thank you Mom (guardian angel) Nothing wrong with the car, nothing wrong with me, I now have the room I wanted on the passenger side... plus it knocked a lot of the dirt off of the underside. Win- win. Thanks guys for caring and I'm sure getting a laugh

Yes, it was level where it was previously and now it's back on its way...I just had to take a break to see how f'n funny this **** was to you guys
 
My wife came running and hollering ... Korie are you alright, it was so cute .
 
Glad you and the car didn't sustain any damage. Lucky your wife even noticed, mine probably wouldn't for at least a day or more. LOL
