Doc's 76 Four Door Valiant

You could have a matte black ladder stripe, or a matte black hood with an orange ladder stripe, or a matte black hood with gloss black ladder stripe, I need to have the Valiant photo-shopped so I can decide....arghhh

With the radiator on the way I decided to shore up the front valance/radiator support area with some 3/16" steel, this really helped to brace/strengthen this area and clean it up a lot. I will reinstall the XZ Motorsport lower radiator brace after fitting the radiator.

Initial fitment of the radiator is spaced perfect between the frame rails, will need to modify the top mounting bracket to pull the radiator closer to the front and re-fit the lower radiator support.

That radiator looks really nice. Where did you say you got it? Great. Hold too.

Great build is what I was trying to say. I need to proof read a bit better. Too big of fingers. Plus, spell check doesn't always work right.

I have the fat finger syndrome too, so don't feel alone on that one. It's a Be Cool radiator with the inlet/outlet sized for the 5.7 hemi, I will post some more detail on it as I work on fitting it this week.

More progress:

Using a DVD I got on eBay that has the 2009 Dodge Ram wiring diagrams I'm labeling all the wires, then I will know what I have to keep and what does not need to be used.

Interesting way to mount your pump! :prayer: Did you cut a hole in the trunk floor that was just barely big enough for the pump head to protrude thru? I know you used braided hoses, but since they are inside the car....please cover the whole thing with a sheet metal cover just tall enough to protect the hoses and top of the pump. We don't want you to go KABOOM if something should leak or short out!:burnout:
