No, she said, "Dam almighty"....

Karl, are you going to be getting anything from Mancini before you come back to Oklahoma? If so would you mind ordering me the correct oil pump spring like you put in Cliff's oil pump? I will pay you for it. I have the new HV Melling small block pump in the box?

I can't even find that spring on Mancini.....

I am just amazed at what you guys can do with some of the cars I've seen on this forum. Guess I'm spoiled with the cars from Southern California. My Dart was almost rust free, except for some minor rust behind the drivers door. Good luck with the car and I've subscribed to the thread....

Here's where I got the "Marteeen" thing from... (TxDart) :D

I got a little done this morning while it was cool. My Charger is up on jackstands and the tires off. I was able to get the drivers drum off after 5 minutes of slowly prying it off,it came off nice and clean. But the passenger side drum was a b*tch. It was frozen on and we actually peeled off rust from around the drum. So between me prying with 2 screw drivers and my son hitting the drums it popped off. Drum is fubar. The good part is I was able to turn the pinion by hand the axles moved freely. I am thinking about changing the brakes from 10 in to 11 in since I have to buy new brakes parts any how.

I have a 8 3/4 housing from a 1966 Charger, it seems to be narrower (1/2 in) than the 8 1/4 on my Charger. What is the correct way to measure the housing and axles to make sure it all works?

Measure from the center of the spring perches on both axles to see if it will fit.

Since they mount on the springs, the spring perch distance should be the same. If the rest of the axle (overall length) is different, it should work, as long as the rims have enough offset to not hit the springs.
