Somebody (kids) must have thrown a riverside park picnic table in the river when it was running high. It landed down river on a big gravel bar perfectly. I wish they would have left it there. What a great place to have a picnic. I should have got a picture.
Well guess who is doing a truck for Make a Wish Foundation. I'm just helping another guy. It's in his shop. I was his apprentice 40 years ago. He's 75 now and needs help. He is always volunteering his time and just cant do it any more. I guess that makes me his apprentice again. lol. It's a 70 Ford with a 300 six and a 2 speed auto. Kid is 18 and has had 2 heart transplants. I read his wish. How the hell do ya say no to that. Busted my *** all afternoon already. Felt good.
You live in a beautiful spot BP I remember driving semi through there about 20 years ago and then when me and Sam flew in there for a visit.

Sorry about all the people same thing happened in the 80's in Washington and now I would never move back there.
Not so pretty here but I have some peace and quiet mostly in the winter.
You bet my friend come over and check it out always got a spare room for ya.
Thanks for the invite. I'm just kidding a little. My plan is to die right where I'm sitting. We have some great neighbors and most of our family is here. Not sure what I would do without them.
I here ya family is important. Left mine to raise my kids in a better environment and miss them lots but visit every year.
That was a good move. You have good kids and they like to visit with grand-babies. I have grand nieces and nephews. They are a hoot too. Gonna be a great great uncle soon.

Ok so nice cool , some rain ,some sun temp around 75 deg gonna finish the jeep project before concentrating on the valiant , got almost all the interior out today , running gear mabey tomorrow, sad really 1994 jeep yj rusted itself to death , got a 93 to swap everything into much better shape . Once it’s done it will be the daily driver again , sell the grand Cherokee, down two just like that !

Have you ever driven an old Ford truck with a 300. It will pull down a house. My friend had one in a 74 Crew Cab 4x4 and took all kinds of trophies from truck pulls and mud bogs. He said the Dodge V10 was the only truck that could try to keep up with him.
