Oh the dentists kid lost control and hit a tree and was killed..while his buddy who was driving did, they both died and the law came down very hard on the drunk
lol he said dirty sanchez, had to lighten the mood somehow i suppose heeheeDirty Sanchez
Depends where you are at, in SW Michigan they hit you with 2nd degree murder and most often get a conviction. My dentist kid got rear ended by a drunk who was being chased by a person who didn't like his bad driving, the drunk was 29 years old and got 30 to 70 years in prison, he be an old man if he ever gets out
Now again, NY state, its far different..not sure about other states
Canada is "soft" on all crimes
Seems like that state is screw up--I didn't like it much when I was there for just a day last year.
NY seems really cool, I hear of drunks killing people while driving and they get 3 - 4 years in jail, in Illinois you get sen up the river forever.
That state threw 2 of its Governors in prison, I hope to never ever go back to Illinois.
I would move if I was you, too bad they got that $13,000 from you
I thought that all the states shared info now when it comes to Drivers License stuff? If so moving is not going to solve anything. And using an address in another state is not going to help. The few states I have lived in want proof of residency, a water bill with YOUR name on it etc.............So that rules out just getting a PO box somewhere.....Was just talking to the wife about this and she is positive that when we went to get our license up here one of the questions on the application was is your license currently suspended in another state.......
Hey Ramone don't let these commies get you down . Beat them at their own game.
Go down to 26th n Kalifornia and pick up a sombrero along with a Dirty Sanchez mustache! Then go get yourself one a them ma"trick"ula consular ID's and I'll bet Rahmbo will have the red carpeting waiting for you down at the DMV .
And when they pass the Shamnesty bill ....you can start a new life as Senior Ramone Sanchez !!
Not all of them (crimes).....they get pretty wound up here over politically INcorrect crimes:banghead:
If you drink and drive and kill someone it is the same as pointing a gun into a crowd and pulling the trigger. My dad was hit by a drunk driver on his motorcycle and was drug almost a mile under the bumper of the drunk assholes truck. My dad subsequently lost both of his legs and guess what! The drunk illegal immigrant piece of **** got away with everything because there were no witnesses on the rural road he was on. So any drunk that gets behind the wheel of a vehical and hurts or kills somebody deserves to be prosecuted as a murderer.
This is why whenever I see someone swerving I dial 911. Had to go to court in AZ once. It was the woman's 8th DUI. The prosecutor informed me they were trying to figure out what to do with her and that my testimony about how she was driving was going to play into it. The woman was driving eastbound in the westbound shoulder.....not the paved one either. She had climbed the curb and was going 60 or so in the bumpy dirt shoulder. When the cops finally caught up with us she stepped out of the car, hurled and then fell into the pile of puke. A night to remember........If you drink and drive and kill someone it is the same as pointing a gun into a crowd and pulling the trigger. My dad was hit by a drunk driver on his motorcycle and was drug almost a mile under the bumper of the drunk assholes truck. My dad subsequently lost both of his legs and guess what! Yeah, sometimes it depends who the victim is, not just what happen..like some people are more important then others, ugh..why I don't agree with hate crime laws. All victims of crime should be look at the same
..............
Maybe cool is the wrong word but no, I don't agree driving drunk and having an accident is the same as murder...well it depends, if they jump the sidewalk and mow down people waiting for a bus...but still, you get these old people who drive and kill somebody and they don't get hit with 2nd murder.
I like laws to be fair and equal, if they want to hit people with 2nd degree murder for drunk driving accidents, then charge EVERYBODY who is at fault in a fatal accident with 2nd murder, why should the fact they are drunk matter...what about the guy who flies through a red light while sober...in fact, that is more deliberate isn't it ?
That has to be the worst logic I've ever heard in my life. Holy **** I don't even know what to say to a statement like that.

Yeah, so if you just say f**k it, I'm flying through that red light and are sober and kill somebody, you should get less time in jail then if you were drunk and failed to see the red light.
I don't agree with that
I.....uhm..no wait..What? Charging through a red light while sober constitutes as vehicular manslaughter. .
