Good morning Hurst shifty heffer, hope the weather there is as good as the weather here today, sunny and near 55.
Not too bad here today, around 45,but sunny later. Tomorrow is much better 58 and sunny. Think I'll break out the snowblower and acclimate my tenant and son , as to how to run it. In case it snows in my absence ..........LOL......

Good morning from PhX :D Granbrats are fabulous, brats are well. Weather change today putting the oval track adventure in jeopardy. Barret Jackson Flying Circus is in town next weekend, glad I wont be.

Good Morning folks, low to mid 50’s this next week or so with rain off and on. Should probably spend some QT with the wife. I’ve been focused on the Duster, time to share the love.
Have a great day folks.

Just below freezing here.
Looke out to back yard, theres a puddle. Wtf? Guess water line to garage failed.
So i need to organize a water holding tank and a pump. I need running water.

Good morning.....Anyone know anything about these Chrysler Sebrings? Looking at this today for my stepson who just got his license and we need a car for him. It’s a 2004 with only 75,*** miles, clean title and everything works, good tires too, they want $3,500. Everything else in that price range has double or triple the miles for the same price...seems like a good clean car.

It has a 3.0 V6....those a good engine? I never owned one of these before, that still a Chrysler engine or is it a it’s a Mitsu? Thanks

Neighbour has an older one, with the 2.7. There was a cast aluminum piece above rear strut that let go,corroded and broke.
Otherwise not bad.

Battery in fender.typical bad ideas.

Another try at Dash Day with the Barracuda.
Nice today 65 will be able to open the garage door and let the fresh air in!!

Those are the coolest looking coupes on the road. It looks like a nice car and those 3 litre v6's run forever. They originally came out in Mopar mini vans.

The 3.0 L was a Mitsubishi motor... It had a high warranty, that 's why they dropped it from the minivan line after 2001....

But if it made it this far it may be one of the better ones....

About the only issue they had was the valve guides dropping out. There was a factory fix at the dealer and a fix in production.

Good morning Crew. Kitchen work today. Hope everyone has a great productive day.

One of my employees at a previous job had one. Got it low miles and still had it when I left. (could still be driving it) Had to be around same year. Cant say what motor. I know he really liked it and he was one of the few that never used his vehicle as a reason he couldn't get to work. LOL I had one as a rental for a few days, years ago. Drove great. Stopping sucked. Sticky, grabby brakes - no way to get to a smooth stop. But that was more likely a rental abuse issue...

I never want to do another 7 1/4 rear bearing again !! I like to have never pulled the drivers side
I will take mine apart someday... Didn't have any problems, so I changed the oil and left it alone. At some point I will change leaf springs, maybe entire unit. All had heavy rust pitting, but internals looked great.
This little engine pushed it good, I think having skinny tires on it saved the rear end
Did that thing ever find its way into another car?

Wet out to start here. Supposed to clear off.

Good Morning

Same here. Mostly drizzle. Not bad to walk in. Radar shows some heavier stuff might hit later.
So far - no leaks - fingers crossed.

Got a little work done on the car yesterday. Took the grinder to the alternator pulley. Cut the neck down so the removal tool fit over it. Fought removal the whole way. Compared to an original the ID of the pulley is smaller than it ought to have been. Wieghed in at over 1# 7oz vs a factory single groove pulley at 7.5 oz. Folks are always looking how to make big changes, but one of the secrets of removing weight or building power is a lot of small steps. Take it where you can. Damn thing didn't quite line up right either as some of the guys noted at Dave's house.

Also fired up the engine and checked the charging circuit. 14.2 - 14.4 volts at the regulator input and 14.8 to 15.0 at the bulkhead connector. That's what I thought might be going on. 1/2 volt drop with only a couple amps through it. Sunday will pull it apart and replace terminals or recrimp as needed.
