Stop in for a cup of coffee

The lug wrenches and jacks that are factory supplied in these new cars are full of crap.

I think manufacturers are handicapping people so they are forced to call AAA or a dealer.

The jack in the caravan is stupid and it has a 3 inch lug wrench, give me a break, after a tire shop probably hammered it with an impact.

I have my 3 foot breaker bar and my little floor jack in my car, so I got it done with my tools with almost no effort, and in minutes

That junk in the caravan would have taken forever

Yes ma'am. Tried taking the lugnuts off of a Chev 3500 pickup using a standard 4 way.. wasn't happening.. Had some pretty big fellers try. got 1 out of 8. A 3/4 inch ratchet and a piece of pipe fixed it right up..

Throw in your cordless impact and really go to town. I stopped to help a gal once when I was on my tool route. A in stock floor jack and a cordless impact and the whole thing took 10 min.

You rock Rainy
Nice day in Fargo! NDSU Bison won the National Championship yet again for football. Div1 . They rocked it! I went to a Bantams Hockey tournament instead! Hah! Neighbor slayed the perch today ice fishing so I see a fish fry in my future. In my Jammie's with a adult beverage, fire roaring cat in my lap dog at my feet. Life is good.

Sounds like a great evening!

One more thing in the tool box and then have the batteries go dead. Screw that. Already carrying at least 100 lbs of tools in two boxes. if I can't change a tire with that, I might as well hang it up.
Only time I bring a cordless impact and a floor jack has been to speed tire changes at autocross. Even then, break 'em loose and final torque by hand.
I agree that trucks can be difficult. Took a lot of jumping up and down to break loose the nuts on the park baby dump - but we got it done.

That's great news with NDSU. We, K-State recently hired your coach away. So far I like what he has had to say. We're ready for a change. Hartman did a great job, but after 29 years we needed a change. Looking forward to Coach Klieman!!

Whick Klieman. There's one that came from UNI here.

They just put a as little jack in there as they can to meet the requirements...

Hey all, unfortunately, I sold my car, I have mouths to feed, not expected, it sold to a member and moderator...they asked not to be known....
