Those CSI surveys are quite important. There has been a lot of Service Advisors loose their jobs over low scores. I would contact the dealer service manager or service director and have a chat before filling out a survey.

I never fill them out. They don't care. Kick the local dealer, and get them to fix the problem...JMO :D
PS liked the pic of the 67 Dart. I got a buddy who's got 30+ years painting...national show car winner type painting.
I can ask him about that paint if you'd like??

O I know. Have a 2017 80 grand truck,, 32K miles on it. Loud whine from rear axle, all over the WEB same issue from factory, made me pay for burned fluid, and it was low. Was not even close to be checked under service interval, Over 200 dollars to "fix". And it is not repaired. Surprise! 2 out of 5 this visit.

They are important here at work. Dealers get tracked, their scores change billing, buying, status, etc...depending on the company, they can indeed be important.

Yep. That’s how I ended up with a whole new engine in the jeep at 33,400 miles. Went in under warranty to have the intake coolant leak fixed. Dude used an impact and broke every bolt, drilled out the holes but did so at the wrong angle to where new boots wouldn’t go in, he tried to cover it up using something like jb weld and gluing the intake down... then after getting caught, his manager let him try to put new heads on, using the impact again, broke not one but all the head bolts off in the block. At which point after a complaint filed by me, they flew in a service inspector from the warranty hq in CA, who then made the dealer replace the entire engine using a different mechanic from a different dealership. 65 days later, I got my Jeep back.

I got most of them fired. Not proud of that but they did a lot of other shady ****, like swapping out the battery is just replaced two weeks before (still had the recipts where is bought it from that very dealer) with one that was 7 years older... and then trying to charge me for that on the day I picked up. Or the oil rags they’d stuffed around each of the spark plugs and up against the manifolds and the ones they’d stuffed in my airbox. Sent all those pics to the warranty copy, they fired everyone who touched that thing or were the supervisors who were supposed to sign off after inspecting the work
