Stop in for a cup of coffee

I have to back to see the oral surgeon on Friday morning to check the healing progress and get the couple of stitches he put in taken out.

My goal for next weekend is to eat a large cheesesteak for dinner at least one night. :D

You've earned it!

Still working on sweatshirt images for my daughter. She asked me to redesign the Gee Bee image to work on a grey sweatshirt. I think this works...

Thats some great stuff,Dave!

Grader/plow just went by, its 7:00 on a sunday and it was going like hell, must be my buddy as nobody else in the R.M. Moves that quick.

Dave that's great!!
I've also been working at it losing about a pound per week.
Down 12 :).

Man, the wind is howling now. It sounds like a jet liner on final approach constantly outside now and when I just opened the door to the garage, it flew open from the air pressure on that side of the house.

It going to be a long night of creaking rafters and rattling siding. My bedroom is on the side of the house that faces the wind and I expect to hear the wind all night long.

At least it’s not snowing.

Wind is calming down here.
-30 overnight.
Damn cold weather can f-off any time!
Couldnt finish hoist as i ran out of grease. Need to address a couple issues with the safety latch covers and cable alignment as well.
Dont think i will have the crank seal for the cruze til late in the day anyway.

MPH is showing 28 now according to WC. Kinda doubt its that strong at the moment, but it has definitely been well beyond that already. All the numbers are up from what I saw earlier and will continue through the day tomorrow. Good thing its not that cold. Only going a little below freezing tonight.

The house weather station we have is showing winds steady at 22-28 mph with guts to 37 mph.

Gusts are supposed to go up to 45 mph tonight and 60 mph tomorrow.

The ground is so wet, I’m concerned about trees blowing over and knocking out the power.

At least it should all calm down by tomorrow night.

March is supposed to come in like a lion and tomorrow is Feb 25th.

Close enough.

Only 2 weeks to daylight savings time...

Yep, would not be surprised to hear about trees down on the morning news - if we have power. Although, we have a really good history. We get a blink or brief outage occasionally. Only a few that lasted very long in about 25 years we have been here.

just ran that 383 in desktop dyno with what information I have... 13:1 compression and big valves. wow

I’m hoping that the past year of winds taking down trees here and knocking out the power has culled the weak ones. We have the gas fireplace and gas stove as backup if it goes out here.

I have to go into work early tomorrow for an offsite meeting in Conshehocken and I’m more concerned about the power taking out the traffic lights for the commute.

Power goes out up there if someone farts too loud and a 45 minute commute turns into 2 hours.
