Looks like that produce that requires permits to grow round here.
Problem is, they keep writing permits to false identities .
Hard to collect tax money from farmers that don't exist

News outlets up here are already predicting Spring floods from the Red river. I think we broke a standing record this weekend for accumulation of snow for Feb. record goes back to 1940 I think. Right at thirty below zero F on my way in this morning. Crap shoot for how many of my guys don't make it. This cold with the wind last night is holy terror on vehicles.

Arggggg. The battery us dead in the truck and it's parked in front of the wife's garage door. Quick throw on the charger. I wonder if that's not the problem with the truck loosing idle. Sometimes when I start it you have to re-learn the idle. I thought may be IAC but no Ses light. May be just a shorted cell in the battery.

Friend of mine worked on gatling guns when he was in the USAF. Then he decided he wanted to fly and shoot them. Got himself a tail gunner job on B52s and spent 16 yrs flying. He get bored when on alert and call me at the most God awful hours of the night just to say hi  "Hey, I'm in Minot. It's 40 below out there"
